This historic shirt was most likely worn by Michel Preud’homme during the qualification matches leading up to the 1994 World Cup in the USA. The history:

Belgium had to fight until the final matchday of the qualifiers to secure their spot in the World Cup. Preud’homme is the only goalkeeper in Belgium to have won the Golden Shoe twice and was named the best goalkeeper in the world at the World Cup 94.
