The shirt was most likely worn by or prepared for Nigerian striker Imoh Ezekiel during or before a competitive match in the season 2015/16. The history:

Ezekiel joined from archrivals Standard and played a total of 24 matches for Anderlecht. Under coach Besnik Hasi, Anderlecht finished as runners-up in the league and reached the Round of 16 in the UEFA Cup, where they were eliminated by Shakhtar Donetsk.
