The history:
Under the management of Roberto Mancini, Inter Milan won their second consecutive Serie A title in the 2007-2008 season, although they lost in the Coppa Italia final. In the Champions League, they were knocked out in the round of 16 by Liverpool. Zlatan Ibrahimovic was the greatest player, scoring 17 goals that season, alongside other key figures such as Marco Materazzi, Hernán Crespo, Javier Zanetti, Dejan Stankovic, and Cristian Chivu.
